Yes! The best case scenario is the carton is used to refill an existing container and then recycled. Worst-case scenario, even if it goes to landfill, the carton still has less of an environmental impact (according to our life cycle analysis) than a single-use PCR PET bottle getting recycled. This is because the materials and manufacturing of the containers make up a larger portion of the environmental impact than the end of life of the container.

To recycle your Dr. Bronner's carton, remove the cap and rinse the container with water. Then simply replace the cap before placing it into the recycling bin.
